Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the REZVA platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), provided by Darvodelec BG Ltd., VAT: BG205097336, with registered office at Varna 9000, Ana Felixova 1A Str., Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "we").

2. Definitions

• Platform – the REZVA website and all associated services
• Specialist – a registered user who offers services through the Platform
• Client – a user who books services through the Platform
• Service – a service offered by a Specialist through the Platform

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Platform.

4. Registration and Account

To use the full functionality of the Platform, you must create an account. Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

5. Specialist Obligations

• Providing quality services to Clients
• Honoring scheduled appointments and services
• Maintaining an up-to-date work schedule
• Complying with applicable legislation
• Possessing necessary licenses and permits

6. Client Obligations

• Attending scheduled appointments or canceling in a timely manner
• Providing accurate information when booking
• Following the rules of the respective Specialist
• Paying for services according to agreed terms

7. Booking Cancellations

Clients may cancel bookings according to the cancellation policy of the respective Specialist. Specialists may set their own cancellation rules, including minimum cancellation notice.

8. Payments and Fees

The Company collects a monthly subscription fee from Specialists for use of the Platform. Payments between Clients and Specialists are made directly and the Company bears no responsibility for them.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform, including design, logo, code, and content, belong to the Company. Copying, modifying, or distributing without express written permission is prohibited.

10. Liability

The Company provides the Platform "as is" and bears no responsibility for:

• The quality of services provided by Specialists
• Relationships between Specialists and Clients
• Lost profits or data loss
• Technical issues beyond our control

11. Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right to terminate or restrict a user's access to the Platform in case of violation of these Terms of Service or misuse.

12. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Varna.
