Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: This policy applies only to REZVA subscription fees. Cancellation and refund policies for services booked with specialists are set by each specialist individually and are not governed by REZVA.
1. REZVA Subscription
REZVA offers monthly and annual subscription plans, billed via Stripe. When you subscribe:
- Billing occurs automatically at the start of each period (month or year)
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — no partial refund is issued for the unused portion of the period
- You retain full access to your plan's features until the end of the paid period
2. Free Plan
The Free plan requires no payment. No charges apply and none are due upon cancellation.
3. Trial Periods and Bonus Days
REZVA may offer free trial periods or bonus days (e.g., via referral codes or the Founding Member programme). No charge is made during a trial period. When the trial expires, your subscription activates automatically unless cancelled beforehand.
4. Founding Member Price Lock
Founding Members receive a lifetime price lock as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If the subscription is cancelled and later renewed, the founding price lock is forfeited and current standard pricing applies.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)
Under EU and UK law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital service contracts. Important: When subscribing, you expressly acknowledge that you want immediate access to the service and agree that by starting to use it, you waive your 14-day withdrawal right. If you have not used the service after subscribing, you may request a full refund within 14 days by contacting us.
6. Exceptions and Special Cases
REZVA may, at its discretion, issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- A technical failure on REZVA's part that denied access for a significant period
- Duplicate billing due to a system error
- Incorrect charge
To request a refund, contact [email protected]. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days; approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Specialist–Client Booking Cancellations
REZVA plays no role in and accepts no liability for cancellation policies and deposits between specialists and their clients. Each specialist sets their own cancellation, deposit, and refund rules. In the event of a dispute, please contact the specialist directly.
